General Rental Terms and Conditions

Reservation and Confirmation

The rental reservation is considered confirmed only after receipt of full payment. The total rental amount must be paid within 14 days of booking to guarantee the reservation. In case of non-payment within this period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Payment Terms

Payment for the rental can be made by bank transfer.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival at the house  is possible from 5 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Departure must be before 10 a.m. on the day of your departure. Any arrival or departure outside these times must be discussed and agreed in advance with the owner. We can usually find a solution to meet your needs, so please do not hesitate to contact me.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival date. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation Less than 7 Days

In the event of cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date, no refund will be made.

Cancellation by the Owner

If, for reasons beyond our control, the cottage cannot be occupied as planned, we undertake to refund the full amount of your booking or to offer you another date for your stay.

Booking Changes

Any changes to the booking (dates, number of people, etc.) must be requested at least 7 days before arrival and will be subject to availability. In the event of a change less than 7 days before arrival, the cancellation conditions will apply as if a cancellation had taken place.

Note: It is always recommended that you read the terms and conditions carefully before finalising a booking and ask any necessary questions in advance.
